Hoy tenemos algo diferente y que a más de uno le va a gustar: “El Ronqueo del atún de la Virgen de la Luz”.
Ayer recibí una llamada de Isi, uno de los pescaderos de la plaza y persona habitual a la que le compro el pescado. Me contaba que iban al muelle a recoger el único atún de la Almadraba de Tarifa que se iba a ronquear en Tarifa. Y por lo tanto si me interesaba irme con ellos a verlo y a hacer algunas fotos.
Pues he aquí el documento gráfico de unas de las experiencias más interesantes que he vivido en mucho tiempo. 398 kilos de atún “ronqueado” en 25 minutos. What a show.
Por cierto, el que de verdad quiera probar atún de almadraba hoy es el día.
